This Privacy Policy applies to visitors to yourpathfinder.ca, including anyone who submits an inquiry or Discovery Call request through this website. It is separate from, and narrower than, the privacy terms that apply once a family becomes an engaged Pathfinder client — those are set out in Addendum B of the Client Service Agreement, which governs the fuller scope of information collected during an active engagement.

2. Information We Collect

Through this website, we may collect:

●      Parent/guardian name, email address, and phone number, if provided

●      Student's name and current grade, if provided

●      Any information voluntarily included in a contact or Discovery Call request message

●      Basic website usage data analytics

3. How We Use This Information

Information submitted through this website is used solely to respond to inquiries, schedule Discovery Calls, and communicate about Pathfinder's services. We do not sell, rent, or trade this information to third parties.

4. Where Information Is Stored

Information submitted through this site is stored using Google Workspace (hello@yourpathfinder.ca). Data from website-only inquiries that do not proceed to a signed engagement are retained for 90 days.

5. Children's Information

Because Pathfinder's services concern students who may be minors, this website may receive limited information about a minor (e.g., first name and grade) submitted by a parent or guardian on the student's behalf. We do not knowingly collect information directly from minors through this website without parent or guardian involvement.

6. Your Rights

Under Canada's Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA), you have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of personal information we hold about you, and to withdraw consent for its use, subject to legal or contractual limitations.
